This bench is adjustable and can be turned into a squat rack as well. Also this particular bench can be rearranged to allow you to turn it into a squat rack. The only down fall to this bench set up is that there are no safety bars on the squat rack so if you would like to purchase this and use it to squat I would be aware of that. But all and all this Bench and Squat Rack is very useful for a multitude of exercises and workouts.

This is a pretty nice Olympic Barbell. There are rings on it so you know where you are placing your hands each time and if you hands are evenly placed. It has pretty nice knurling for grip and comes with 155 pounds of weight. Keep in mind sometimes these weights may have a different size inner circumference and may not work with some dumbbell sets. The Bowflex 552 is a good product for body building and strength training. You can perform exercises like the Dumbbell Bench Press, Dumbbell fly, Bicep Curls, Tricep Extensions, Lateral Dumbbell Raises, Rear Delt flys and various other dumbell exercises. Keep in mind some of these exercises do require a workout bench. This Dumbbell set is good for those who want to avoid the hassle of switching out weights or buying a variety of weight sets. The Bowflex 552 adjustable Dumbbells are as they claim a set of Dumbbells that you can adjust the weight being used. Another upside to this Dumbbell set is that it doesn’t have any screws to lock in the weights being used that you would have to take on and off. You simple turn the dial on the end to adjust the weight. The only draw back of the Dumbbell set is that the weight only goes up to 52.5 pounds for each Dumbbell.

With this Dumbbell set you can also do exercises like
Dumbbell Bench Press, Dumbbell fly, Bicep Curls, Tricep Extensions, Lateral Dumbbell Raises, Rear Delt flys and various other Dumbell exercises. Keep in mind some of these exercises do require a workout bench. This Dumbbell set comes with 105 pounds of weight which isn’t bad. But what is nice about these adjustable Dumbbells is you can always purchase more weight if needed. A down fall I have found with dumb bell sets like this is that you need often tighten the screw implements on the end because they do loosen up at times during a workout. But if you don’t mind putting weights on and taking weights off I would definitely recommend this Dumbbell set.

Squat Rack

I recommend this squat rack because it’s fairly easy to use, some squat racks have safety bars that take a little ingenuity to adjust. With this squat rack to adjust the safety bars you just take them out and put them back in. Another good thing about this squat rack is that if you also just purchase a bench and a barbell with weights you can put the bench inside the squat rack and turn it into a Barbell Bench Press. In addition the squat rack comes with a pull up bar as well

Cable Machine

This cable machine comes with a variety of implements. For those of you that haven’t used a cable machine before they are highly adjustable and this one in particular comes with a variety of implements. The weights on each side of this one also goes up to 200 pounds. But you can perform a countless amount of exercises in this machine like the Chest Press, Cable Fly, Rear Delt Cable Pulls, Cable Lateral Raise, Bicep Curls, Tricep Extensions, and a variety of other exercises. I personally find that these cable machines are generally better on your joints than free weights.

I recommend this Lat Pulldown machine because it is great for back devolopement. I find you get a much better stretch and contraction on a Lat Pulldown than doing pull ups. The weigh impliments for the machine are also designed for Olympic Plates saving you some money if you already have olympic plates and don’t want to spend more money. This Lat pull down machine also has a lower T bar implement that you can use to do Curls, Upright Rows, and Seated Rows.

The top set of plates come with 65 pounds of weight and are good for generic lifting. The Bumper Plates above are the thicker set of Olympic Plates and come with 160 Ibs of weight. They are meant for high impact lifts like Power Cleans, Hang Cleans, and Possible Deadlifts.

You may be wondering why I recommend Converse, well I recommend these shoes to anyone who is performing compound movements such as the Deadlift, Squat or Power Clean. This the form for these movements is hard to accomplish in sneakers or shoes with a heel. For these movements I recommend shoes with a flat base this is why I believe Converse are a good shoe for lifting. I don’t advice getting weight lifting shoes, I feel that converse accomplish the same job and are cheaper.

If you are gonna spend a bulk of you’re time of working out doing cardio then I recommend a pair of sneakers. However this is not a neccesity for an Exercise Bike, some medicine ball exercises and jump roping. But may help you feel more confortable. If you are gonna buy a Tredmill Though I would however advice you to use it with sneakers.
